This week I had a small set back, I gained 1.6 pounds! I also found myself eating and snacking on foods that I normally wouldn’t
and more of it(mashed potatoes, mac & cheese and only 1 delicious cinnamon pancake). I don’t know if it is because of the colder weather or that I am staying inside more but I need to re-focus of my goal of actually losing weight!
So, do you have any hints or suggestions on how you curb eating all the delicious tasting Fall weather foods?
