This past week was a “pass week” because I was on vacation. I know that I gained .6 pounds but considering what I ate I personally consider that to be good. So I am not upset or mad that I had a setback. Now that I am back home I will stick to my plan and work a bit harder for next weeks weigh in. We ended up eating breakfast in the Condo, so I brought along the handy Nutrisystem cereal packs and bananas. And for lunch and dinner, we ate out every time. I had veggies and a salad when I could and even had whole wheat pizza, which was great. I also had more sweets than I normally would of.
