I recently found out about Shabby Apple not too long ago. I fell in love with their style! I am not a dress wearer, you can always find me in a pair of jeans but they offer some really cute styles. I was able to pick out a dress and I went with Tiber Dress. A classic white with blue stripes on the bottom.
The dress arrived all nice and wrapped in peach tissue paper. At first, I thought I am never going to fit into that. I had to order a size smaller than I normally wear. It does state that on several of the dresses, so make sure to watch for that when ordering. But I put it on and WOW did I look good. I even wore it to Easter Mass and got several comments all day long about it. The only thing I didn’t like was the neck, I wish that it was a scoop instead, because it has about 6 inches of extra fabric on the inside of the dress around the neck and since it is white, that extra fabric was able to be seen. But other than that, it fits great and I really liked “dressing” up for a change!
“Bedecked with a tailored bodice, boat neck, and elbow-length sleeves, the empire-waisted frock hugs close to the body for a figure-conscious shape. The knee-length skirt has just a bit of flare which is accentuated by the variegated bands of the Sarah Hansen-designed fabric. For a coy and cosmopolitan combination, wear it with patent t-straps and noir stockings. This dress is made from a lightweight, delicate summer fabric is unlined, and FITS GENEROUSLY on our fit guide.”
Shabby Apple has also just announced their newest line called the Block, with fabulously bright colors to welcome in the summer months!
