I recently discovered metrostyle when I worked with Chadwicks of Boston not too long ago. They happen to be sister companies with very different styles.
“metrostyle is a hub of diversity with looks ranging from alluring to polished, glam to casual. Our apparel is ideal for the woman who loves to stand out in a crowd and follows her heart when it comes to fashion.” ~ metrostyle
For this review, I chose a maxi dress with a floral print called the Printed Tank Dress. As soon as it arrived, I knew this was going to be one of my summertime go-to’s! I love the colors, a mix of navy, lime, aqua, and white with a splash of lavender in the flowers.
The dress is 53½” long, and since I am on the shorter side, it was a bit long for me. I love the dress and the way that it fits, so I would have it hemmed maybe an inch since this is one that I will be wearing a lot!
The dress features a keyhole style back, but the dress is actually a pullover style, so you don’t need to worry about the button.
Do make sure to check the size chart before ordering. I did order a size larger than what I normally wear, and I am glad I did the size fits great!
metrostyle is probably not a site I would have considered in the past, but I do love some of the bold color combos and classic styles that they have. They offer clothes for women, not some of the fashions you find nowadays that usually only seem to be designed for 20-somethings. You can find outfits for both work and play. Go see what you can find!
UPDATE 2022: metrostyle is no longer in business. Please visit our Chadwicks of Boston Review.
