I received a fun bold tropical blue cover-up and classic beach hat, both with 50+ UPF protection from Coolibar to review.
We’ve developed industry-leading fabrics with performance features like lightweight, soft, breathable, stretch, moisture-wicking, fast-drying, cooling, water-repellant, anti-microbial – all designed for movement, fitness, and fun. Seacoast Swim Cover-Up Dress UPF 50+ in Blue Beach Palms ($129)
This cover-up features Coolibar’s Aqua SUNTECT Vesta fabric. The fabric is soft and silky to the touch that drapes over your body. This lightweight, breathable, 4-way stretch UPF 50+ fabric is quick dry, making it ideal for lounging poolside, or leisure water activities. I am lovin’ this coverup! It is not clingy and fits perfect, and the length is just right too.
Beach Hat UPF 50+ in Natural Herringbone ($49.50)
I have never been a beach hat person, but this hat is lightweight (linen/cotton blend) and I have actually found it fun to wear! This classic floppy beach hat provides UPF 50+ sun protection, even to your shoulders, with an ultra-wide 6″ brim cover. The brim is flexible so you can adjust the coverage. It is also available in eight other neutral colors. The black elastic string makes this hat adjustable.
Fun Fact: Coolibar was the first clothing company to receive The Skin Cancer Foundation’s Seal of Recommendation.
Technical innovation and independent third-party testing ensure fabrics are UPF 50+. Coolibar fabrics use a combination of weave (tighter is better), color, weight, and additions of the best active ingredients found in sunscreens, millions of the sun-bouncing minerals, titanium dioxide and zinc oxide infused at the fiber or fabric level. Even with multiple washings and exposure to sweat, chlorine, and salt – the sun protection never washes out.
Coolibar sun protection clothing not only offers beach/pool wear, but everyday clothes for men, women, and kids like jackets, sweaters, pants, polo shirts just to name a few.
