The VTech Kidizoom Action Cam is the perfect toy or gift for any youngster that has been jumping up and down to play with their parent’s GoPro or been begging for one for themselves. The VTech Kidizoom Action Cam is a mountable video camera built to be handled by active kids and comes at an extremely reasonable price. The VTech Kidizoom Action Cam can go anywhere an adventurous child wants to go and record themselves in action. My son enjoys putting the camera on his bike and making videos of his rides.
Included with the Action Cam are a waterproof case, mounting shell, mounting, attachment, adhesive flat mount, bike mount, and a wrist strap. Thankfully, every changeable piece is numbered and the instructions show what combination you need for any activity your child wants to record. The Action Cam can be used swimming and underwater (up to 6’ deep), attached to a skateboard, helmet, scooter, or bike. The Action Cam also has a wrist strap so it can be used to record hiking or camping!
Action Cam can take photos and capture videos of all the action and is simple enough for children to navigate by themselves. My son took his camera to the park and made videos of himself on all the slides, swings, and monkey bars. The camera has a color LCD screen on the back that has loads of built-in features. Kids can use stop-motion, time-lapse and multi-shot features. They can also add photo frames to their photos and change filters. When pictures aren’t being taken the camera comes loaded with three fun games they can play.
As a parent, my favorite part of the VTech Kidizoom Action Cam is the built-in rechargeable Li-ion polymer battery. This battery has an approximate continuous photo-taking and recording time of two and half hours! The battery isn’t replaceable, but I will take the risk rather than replacing AA batteries every time my kids play with the Action Cam.
My 8, 7, and even 4-year-old are in love the this Action Cam and I enjoy watching them work hard to create great videos of themselves to show their friends. The VTech Kidizoom Action Cam is an excellent answer to the GoPro products for kids!

This video camera looks very nice! I like the multi-shot feature the best.
I like the long-life on the battery. It makes it way more convenient.
My kids would use the action cam on their bikes and probably at the park going down the slide and on the swings. I’m sure they would invent new things to do if they had one of these.
