SqueezeItIn.com is a whole new way to think about exercise. With SqueezeItIn.com every chore, every errand, everything you do is an opportunity to get firmer, slimmer, stronger. Missing a day at the gym doesn’t have to mean missing a workout when you learn how to SqueezeItIn.com. – Squeeze It In
I am not a big exerciser. Let me rephrase that – I do not exercise other than picking up and chasing after my boys! I try but…well I’m sure you know! Then I had a chance to review the Squeeze It In Video. It sounded great, not an intense 30-minute sweat till you drop video. Once I got it and watched it I was impressed with all the missed opportunities during the day that I could “squeeze” or sneak some exercising. The first section – The Exercises, were set in a living room and provided a cardio workout. There was no yelling or loud pumping music – I liked it! The second section – The Moves, offered short tips on using everyday items like weights or how to incorporate your surroundings to get some moves in and they were set on the location: the grocery, the office, and kitchen to name a few. I am thankful I had the chance to see this. I learned several new ideas to help get some tone back!
The new SqueezeItIn.com Workout DVD features 2 ways to Squeeze-It-In:
“The Workout” is an exclusive 30-minute workout that teaches you to “let life be your workout!” No gym, no equipment, no excuses.
“The Moves” are dozens of on-location videos of clever and effective exercises that show you how to make fitness fit throughout your busy day. Moves like Va-va-va Vacuum, I’m Not Getting Squats Done, Grocery Glutes.
I love the SqueezeItIn.com site! It offers so many tips on when and where you can get a few exercise moves in. They also have several short videos to demonstrate how it is done, along with a description on how to do the quick exercises. Real people in real situations: doing the laundry, in front of the TV, putting away the dishes and in the shower to name a few.
Here is an example from the Squeeze It In Site:
“While pushing your cart, take a slighter longer step than usual. Squeeze the glute (buttocks) muscle of the back leg before taking the next step. Alternate legs and keep a regular walking pace. Remember to focus on squeezing that glute muscle before switching legs.”
