Last week, I knew that the +.6 of a pound was too good to be true! My weight gain for last week ended up closer to 158.6 (a +2 pound gain). But I am headed back down again, I am currently at 156.4, a 2.2 loss!
My husband and 8-year-old have discovered my box of Nutrisystem desserts, most of which now, is gone. My 8-year-old hasn’t thought of throwing the wrappers away but instead, hiding them under the couch and entertainment stand. At least, I hope that it is him and not my husband – LOL! Some of the deserts that seem to be a big hit are the chocolate peanut butter bar and cookies and of course the ice cream sandwich bars and ice cream cups. I found that the new Skinny Cow Candies and Ice Cream Sandwiches, both low in calories are very good. I would buy them even if I weren’t trying to lose weight. I also keep some 100 snack packs at the house. Since they are portion-controlled, it is easier for me to just grab a bag and not worry about size restrictions.
