I am still in an ankle brace for another few weeks. I am getting better, though, and I am able to walk for longer periods without pain (FYI – I tore a tendon and am in therapy). I hate to use that as an excuse for gaining more weight. I know I haven’t been eating what I should, either. I do need to drink more water and add more veggies to my meals. I am not that upset, I still fit into my new size ten pants, which I am still excited about. I have never been one to watch what I weigh. I have always maintained a certain weight. So, watching the scale every few days is nerve-racking but also a way to keep me on track. I know I need to lose more, but I figure I am not in a race; I will get there when I get there.
