Yohay Baking Co. has been around since 1948 and specializes in baking unique items like wafer rolls, cookie spoons, and chocolate-covered Grahams. I found out about Yohay from another blogger so I just had to try them! I received two products to try this holiday season: Milk Chocolate Marshmallow and Fresh Cream and Butter Fudge Mix.
Milk Chocolate Marshmallow {34.50}
This 6-pound slab of sweet & creamy milk chocolate fudge is packed with marshmallows! The fudge is made fresh to order with real cream and butter and cooked by hand in small batches to ensure the highest quality fudge every time.
I was able to cut into 64 1 in squares. It was hard to cut because it was so thick. I took it to my oldest son’s basketball practice so everyone could try it. Needless to say, they ate it all! The chocolate was very rich and delicious. The boys on the team agreed too, they wanted more.
Fresh Cream and Butter Fudge Mix {$25}
Get 30 pounds of Gourmet Fudge Mix Ingredients. The mix makes Gourmet Fudge in less than 1 hour. This is going to come in handy for all the Christmas baking that Marci does!
She loves baking cookies and treats to give as gifts for the Holiday Season. This mix is just the base, that way you can add whatever other ingredients you would like, walnuts, cherries, Oreos…there are so many ways you can make it. The chocolate fudge mix is Gluten Free as well.
