Roar!!! By Upside Down Studios

There are no words or story to go along with this app. All you need to do is roar to chase the animals away. The downside is there are only three scenes then it starts over. I would be very upset paying 1.99 for this app. While it is rated for ages 4 and up, I would say this app would be for an age maximum of 4. I can not see kids older than 4 staying occupied with this app. This is very easy and has the potential to be a very loud game for little ones. The characters and drawing are cute but I do think that it should be offered as a free app.

There is not any indication on what you need to do to get started. It needs a narrator to say what you should do or give some direction. I do wish that when you touch the animals you would be able to hear them say something, what sound they make or even a story.

UPDATE: THIS APP IS NO LONGER AVAILABLE. Check out these other apps:

What a cute app! I love animal tales, this one seems like it would be fun to play with a child! I’m sure all the animal noises would be entertaining!

They don’t make animal noises, it would be great if it did. But the only sounds come from the roaring of the kids.
