In case you missed my last post about Bob Evan’s new Broasted Chicken, let me tell you a bit about it. According to Bobs, “The Bob Evans new Broasted Chicken is made with fresh, never frozen chicken and prepared in their special broaster cooker to lock in mouthwatering flavor and tenderness. Cooked to golden-crusted perfection, it’s crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and delicious all over.”
When this plate was placed in front of me, I thought it looked just like fried chicken. But it turned out that the flavor was more savory, and it was really juicy, not dry at all. I enjoyed my Roasted Chicken so much that I have been back a few times since my last post to have it again!

I haven’t been to Bob Evans in a long time but will have to try it. The chicken looks delicious. Just like a family cooked meal. I like the idea of using fresh chicken with a crispy outside and juicy center.
