I worked with Ethel M Chocolates over Christmas and fell in love with their chocolate pecan brittle. So I was happy when Valentine’s rolled around, and they wanted to send me more! I received their Valentine Heart Box, which contained 14 gourmet chocolates. They also offer three other boxes that range from 8 pieces to 46 pieces. This limited edition Valentine’s Day Collection includes solid and center-filled hearts and a collection of crunchy pecan toffee crisps, creamy and chewy caramels, and fresh Vanilla, Lemon, and Raspberry Satin Cremes.
The package contains six limited-edition heart pieces, carefully sprayed with cocoa butter in seasonal colors.
The Valentine’s Day seasonal heart pieces include solid milk, dark and white chocolate, lemon (dark chocolate), caramel (white chocolate), and peanut butter (milk chocolate).
I can’t wait until the next holiday to see what new flavors they come up with!

These chocolates look amazing and I like the heart shaped ones. I like the inside showing the Peanut Butter milk chocolate. I would love one of these for Valentine’s Day!
