Case-Mate Review: Avengers Cases

Case-Mate has teamed up with Marvel for some one of a kinds phone cases: The Avengers Movie Collection! They come in several different characters like Iron Man, Captain America, Thor, Hulk. Then they also have other Marvel characters like Spider-man and X-Men. Go ahead get your geek on!

I received two case from Case-Mate to review, both part of the Marvel Collection: Iron Man Tough Case for iPhone 4 and Avengers for an iPod Touch, a barely there case. With all of the Marvel cases you can choose from Barely There (classic slim case), Tough (dual layered protection), and ID / Credit Card (wallet case) designs.

I had the Iron Man case on my phone for less than a day when my son commandeered it for his phone. This case is a bit thicker than the Avengers Case that my other son received. The Iron Man Case was a tough case that came with two layers, the black rubber inner sleeve and the outer hard case with the Iron Man theme. He just loves it!

The Avengers Case, I gave to my five year old son and he was ecstatic. This was the barely there case which is thinner than I care for especially for a child. But it has worked out great! Normally he takes his cases off so he can put it in his pocket but with this he is able to leave it on and slide it easily in and out of his pockets without complaining. Plus he loves showing off all the “Cool Avengers!’ And so far, the case has been very protective. He is very careful with it so it has worked out great.
