My Mom’s the Best By Snappyant
Author, Bruce Whatley has created some of the most popular and award-winning picture books in Australia. His book, My Mum’s the Best is also available as My Mom’s the Best.
This is a simple yet very cute book. I love the drawings and almost watercolor pictures. The illustrations are brought to life through interactive animations with music and sounds.
When you touch the frog, the momma frog does a jig (which reminds me of the Looney Tunes dancing frog…there goes my baby…). With the Momma Bear, when you touch the bear, the momma squeezes her baby and his eyes get big. And with the penguins, you touch to get the fish to the baby. In all, there are 11 cute creatures stating why they love there mom!
