This was a rough week for me on Nutrisystem. We had kids summer camp and baseball games all week long. So eating at home was not an option. I somewhat stuck to the daily caloric intake and tried to eat at least a salad with each meal. I do need to drink more water though. Last week, I said I was going to try to drink the “required” 64 oz a day. Well, I fell short but only by half. I was able to drink at least 32 oz so I am heading in the right direction! We were at the zoo every day, so I walked around for at least an hour and a half. That’s the most exercise I have had in a while.
