From Disney and producer Jerry Bruckheimer comes all the fun, epic adventure, and humor that ignited the original. Johnny Depp returns as Captain Jack Sparrow in Pirates Of The Caribbean: On Stranger Tides. A tale of truth, betrayal, youth, demise — and mermaids! When Jack crosses paths with a woman from his past (Penélope Cruz), he’s not sure if it’s love or if she’s a ruthless con artist using him to find the fabled Fountain of Youth. Forced aboard the ship of the most feared pirate ever, Jack doesn’t know who to fear more —Blackbeard (Ian McShane) or the woman from his past. Directed by Rob Marshall, it’s filled with eye-popping battle scenes, mystery, and all-out wit.
Our Take: My oldest said, “I loved it!” My seven-year-old said, “It is Epic”, he also said that when they were in the jungle looking for the Fountain of Youth, was his favorite part. Neither of my kids were that into Pirates 1, 2, or 3 when they came out at the theater. But my husband took my 7-year-old when it came out and they both came home talkin’ like swashbucklers! He was so excited when he saw my screener copy, he watched right away. Even my four-year-old sat and watched it. My husband’s favorite quote is, “You know that feeling you get when you’re standing in a high place with a sudden urge to jump?… I don’t have it.” I, on the other hand, haven’t had the chance to see it yet but I think it will be the first pick for our family movie night.

I’m Captain Jack Sparrow
I think “Where has all the rum gone?” is my favorite quote. It’s great!
Jack Sparrow: [after Will draws his sword] Put it away, son. It’s not worth you getting beat again.
Will Turner: You didn’t beat me. You ignored the rules of engagement. In a fair fight, I’d kill you.
Jack Sparrow: That’s not much incentive for me to fight fair, then, is it?

My fave quote is when Jack is talking to Elizabeth on the island in the first movie and says “But, why is the Rum gone?”
“Bloody Pirates!” My kids laugh and laugh when they hear that!

I like the quote from Pirates of the Caribbean: The Curse of the Black Pearl. The Bo’sun says “Still the guns and stow ’em, signal the men, set the flags and make good to clear port.”
“Did everybody see that, because I will not be doing it again”

I love the scene where Jack Sparrow asks his Dad, “How’s Mom?” and his Dad holds up the shrunken head and he comments “She looks good”. Very cute.

There are so many good ones, but I like this quote: Elizabeth Swann: It never would’ve worked out between us. Jack Sparrow: Keep telling yourself that, darling.

My tremendous intuitive sense of the female creature informs me that you are troubled.
Yo ho yo ho a pirates life for me!
Now we’re being followed by rocks. Never had that one before.
Here’s a funny quote from Jack that I like: “Me? I’m dishonest, and a dishonest man you can always trust to be dishonest. Honestly. It’s the honest ones you want to watch out for, because you can never predict when they’re going to do something incredibly… stupid.”
Stop blowing holes in my ship!
I just remember “but why is the rum gone?” ha
Yo ho ho it’s a pirate life for me
You seem somewhat familiar. Have I threatened you before?

We love the heck out all these movies! My husband liked the Q.E.D. line, we had to google it.
My favorite quote is from Jack Sparrow in Curse of the Black Pearl: Me? I’m dishonest, and a dishonest man you can always trust to be dishonest. Honestly. It’s the honest ones you want to watch out for, because you can never predict when they’re going to do something incredibly… stupid.
Thanks!
That’s not much incentive for me to fight fair, then… is it?
Jack Sparrow: You need to find yourself a girl, mate
From The Curse of the Black Pearl after Will Turner tells him that he makes all the swords and practices with them 3 hours a day
Now where is that monkey? I want to shoot something!
My favorite quote in all of the movies I must admit is in the first Pirates of the Caribbean installment when Elizabeth Swan calls “Parlay” and demands to be taken to Captain Barbosa due to the code of pirates. It was the first time I remember seeing a strong female lead.

But why is the rum gone?
Guess my fav is -Jack- “But, why is the Rum gone?”
“You know that feeling you get when you’re standing in a high place with the sudden urge to jump? …I don’t have it”
But, why is the Rum gone
I do not have a favorite quote yet:( If I win, it would be my first time seeing this movie!
“You’ve obviously never been to Singapore.” Captain Jack.
Love that line.
My favorite quote is
Keira Knightley (Elizabeth Swann): … you and I are alike, and there will come a moment when you have the chance to show it, to do the right thing …
Johnny Depp (Jack Sparrow): … I love those moments, I like to wave at them as they pass by …
But why is the rum always gone!?

“Where has all the rum gone?”
My favorite quote is “Where has all the rum gone?”
Love the pirates movies! One of my favorite quotes is “First, your return to shore was not part of our negotiations nor our agreement so I must do nothing. And secondly, you must be a pirate for the pirate’s code to apply and you’re not. And thirdly, the code is more what you’d call “guidelines” than actual rules. Welcome aboard the Black Pearl, Miss Turner .”
Thanks for the chance to win!
