I have three boys…enough said right?! Two of them play football and they wear white practice pants and shirts when they practice. You can imagine how dirty their clothes get especially since they play in the rain and practice in the mud. While I have tried other OxiClean products, this is the first time that I have used the OxiClean Versatile Stain Remover.
I soaked his shirt for two hours in the OxiClean Versatile Stain Remover. As you can see the only mud spots left were two little ones. I think it did a great job of making the shirt brighter. The kids wear white shirts as part of their school uniform as well, so this will be a big lifesaver when they come home covered in their lunch…yes from chocolate milk to stains I don’t even know how they got on their shirts. My next project is to mix OxiClean with water and try to remove some stains on the carpet.

(Oxiclean review) This product works wonders on getting those tough stains out.
With upholstery, I would test the effects of oxiclean first in a discrete spot. Not all upholstery behaves the same way.
I want to give this a try. Trying to get stains out of my boys’ clothes drives me crazy!
I didn’t know you could use it on pet stains!I have some,that really need to some work to get it out!
Sounds useful and good. I’m glad that it works on your boys’ tough stains. My husband works on cars, and I would love to try this for his oil stains.
I have seen this but was skeptical about trying it because it seems like everything claims to work but when I use it I get zero results. I have heard great things about OxiClean but lumped it in the same category of doubtful. After reading this I am more open to giving it a try…and I L-O-V-E that it can be used around the house as well. One product with multiple uses! I’m going to have to try this…with 6 active kids and loads of laundry everyday there is ALWAYS stains on something!
