This week, I had a minor setback: I gained 1.6 pounds! I also found myself eating and snacking on foods I usually wouldn’t and more (mashed potatoes, mac & cheese, and only one delicious cinnamon pancake). I don’t know if it is because of the colder weather or if I am staying inside more, but I need to re-focus on losing weight!
So, do you have any hints or suggestions on how to curb eating all the delicious tasting Fall weather foods?
