I hate wearing makeup! I always have. I think the less makeup, the better. I have been using my current foundation for years just because it is easier than looking for a new one. I have been lucky in that I have not encountered any line lines, crow’s feet, or wrinkles…yet! I feel like I have taken care of my skincare routine by wearing sunscreen, avoiding tanning, and wearing the right cover-up products.
Since I have not tried a new foundation in years, I thought I would try this new “blur” one. I received the new L’Oréal Visible Lift Blur Foundation in a natural buff. I have a fair complexion and thought this shade would work well. L’Oréal offers 11 other shades in this foundation as well. I like that it contains an SPF of 18. I always look for products that contain an SPF for my face. That way, I am always protected.
So, what’s so special about this foundation? L’Oréal Paris Visible Lift Blur Foundation is L’Oréal Paris’ first makeup with exclusive blur technology to instantly blur lines and wrinkles. Signs of aging disappear as Visible Lift Blur Foundation hides dark spots and large pores and smooths uneven texture so you get a flawless finish you can see and feel. That’s what they claim, anyway.
Before I tried this, I was skeptical. How can this be any different than the other thousands of other foundations? Let me tell you it is! I thought it evened out my skin tone and filled in (or blurred) pores and the areas of my face that I thought my other foundation was covering. I also noticed that it covered my dark circles better as well. Although I am not used to using a squeezy tube, I always get more than I need. But I am a believer and have switched to this foundation!
