Does your little one like “helping” you grill? These cute role-playing toys from the Little Tikes Backyard Barbecue Line can definitely help them cook up some fun this summer. I received several of the Little Tikes summertime fun items including the Backyard Barbecue Get Out ‘n’ Grill, Backyard Barbecue Grillin’ Goodies and the Backyard Barbecue Chef’s Accessory Set.

Little Tikes Get Out N Grill

The grill comes in a nice compact box…don’t be fooled…the Backyard Barbecue Get Out ‘n’ Grill does need to be assembled. From the handlebars, and stickers to the knobs and doors. The instructions came with step by step directions and it was not hard at all, it was just time-consuming. I didn’t realize how many parts there were, it took me about half and hour to put this together by myself. I would have liked the stickers to have been able to have been removable, at least once. These stickers are one and done, so you do need to take caution when placing them. I am a little OCD so I needed to take special caution to make sure they were on straight. Once I put it together, it was rather quite cute!

There are 2 side burners, an upper and lower grill (it looks almost real in the picture doesn’t it) and a sink with a pretend faucet. The starter button and knobs make real clicking sounds. The best part about the grill is the storage underneath. All the accessories that I received were able to fit! This is so convenient and easy, especially for the kiddos, it makes for easy cleanup.

The Grillin’ Goodies Set includes 26 pieces of play food and utensils, enough for two to have lunch. The Chef’s Accessories Set comes with a 2-piece white chef outfit that includes an apron and chef’s hat. The Get Out ‘n’ Grill is more affordable than you might think too, with a price point of only $40, your little chef can be ready for some BBQ fun!

This is so cute and fun. My daughter always loved playing with pretend food especially when it was realistic like her McDonalds set. They’ve really updated toys to go with the real thing. More fun for kids and headaches – at first – for parents as we struggle to put it together.

I would love to get this for my Granddaughter. She always wants to help Daddy on his grill. This way she could cook and have her own little grill. This was a great idea to have a grill like our grills. I can imagine it’s saved a lot of little hands. Thanks for sharing.
