I received a Dragon Whelp Starter Pack and a Booster Pack for my boys to try out. Silly bands are hot right now, so ask anybody, especially a girl. But why should they get all the fun? The scenario takes the flexible, collectible, and tradable bands to a new level! These bands also double as a game where dragons, sharks, and monsters all battle for the band’s “strength,” which gives its advantage. There are over 70 bands to collect, and they come in four categories: earth, fire, water, and the rare black bands. My sons had a blast playing this game. Finally, they could shoot the rubber bands without getting yelled at.

How to PLAY:

  • Each player starts off with a ‘team’ of 5 Battle Bands.
  • Players take turns shooting at the battle mat.
  • Remove the’ weaker’ band if your band lands in the same ring as an opponent.
  • After all 5 bands are shot, you can total the points; the first player to 100 wins!

The Starter Pack Includes 7 Battle Bands, 7 Warrior Cards, and 1 Battle Mat. Booster Packs containing 5 Bands and 5 Cards are also available. Then there is a Rumble Pack containing 15 Bands, 15 Cards, and 1 Deluxe Battle Board.
