I have been searching for a necklace like this, one with a camera on it. I love taking pictures and I am never without a camera! I have worked with The Vintage Pearl in the past and just recently came across the Shutterbug hand-stamped necklace. I thought, “This is what I have been looking for!” The only problem was I didn’t want it to say, Shutterbug, I wanted it to say I Shoot People. Well, to my surprise it was able to be done, no problem and no extra charge! Depending on what font you choose, the necklace can get between 15-22 letters on it.
Each piece at The Vintage Pearl is “handcrafted from start to finish with care in our studio in Tulsa, Oklahoma. We use raw sterling silver, freshwater pearls, and birthstone crystals in our creations. Each letter is individually stamped by hand, we do not use a machine, making every piece a true one-of-a-kind!”
Once it arrived, I had to wear it and I don’t think I have taken it off since! I love it, and it turned out nicely. The edges are slightly hammered to give it a “vintage feel” and it comes with a freshwater pearl. You can get extra pearl drops in different colors or even birthstones but there is a small fee for those.
