My children never had a pacifier but my grand daughters called theirs passy.
We just called Pacifiers a Binky! My son used to crawl around the house with the binky in his mouth all the time!
My grandson use to have a pacifier that had a mustache on it. he looked like a little old man when he had that in his mouth.
My niece calls her pacifier “paci”. Just last week she fell and knocked out her front tooth and when she went to put her paci in, she spit it out because it felt weird.
