I received the Acupressure Yantra Mat in this deep rich purple. The first few times I starting using it, the little spiked flowers did hurt a little, I won’t lie. But the more I used it, it didn’t seem to bother me. The mat comes with recommendations on how long to use it. On days 1-4, they recommend 10 minutes of use. On days 5-14, they recommend you up the time to 20 minutes, preferably at bedtime. Remember to Relax! And for day 14 and after, you should be able to feel how it affects your body and mind.

After using my mat for several weeks, I must say that do like using it. I keep mine by my bed so I can use it before I go to sleep. With 8,820 acupressure points built into the mat it helps improve overall circulation. I can feel the tension and stress go. And with 3 boys, by bedtime, I sure do have tension and stress. I normally get a knot in my shoulder when I am really stressed. When I use the mat it really does help release the tension in my shoulder. The Yantra Mat comes in a carrying case for easy storage. You can also take out the foam center if you need to hand wash the cover.
