I have three summer birthday parties that I have to plan for. My two youngest are the hardest to prepare for. I love planning and coordinating the theme each year but by the third party of the summer, I am a bit worn out. I like easy but I also like to do something different, something unique. In the case that you like to make your child’s birthday cakes, they have over 1000 different kinds of pans, toppers, edible cake images, sugar decoration picks… you name it. I do not like making the birthday cake, never have. I always order from the same local bakery for all of our events. I mean if I am going to indulge in the calories then I want the best tasting cake! Plus I would be embarrassed to show off any cakes that I try to make!
