UPDATE: Here are a few pictures from The 2017 Cheese Fest! This was my son’s first time attending the fest, and he was in heaven. Out of the Macdown/Meltdown, the Macdown was his favorite. It featured B&A Street Kitchen, Court Street Lobster Bar, Midway Café, and the Keystone Bar & Grill. The Keystone concoction won our votes! Their Swiss Farmers Mac & Cheese featured 3 different kinds of Swiss cheese: gouda, goat cheese, bacon, and homefries mixed with penne pasta.
Attending the fest was a gorgeous day, and my son discovered so many new cheeses! Now, I need to find some recipes to use them all. We can’t wait until next year’s Cheese Fest!
