Tell the Truth, Dragon!
Written by Bianca Schulze and Illustrated by Samara Hardy
Acknowledging and owning up to a mistake is a challenging task for children—and it’s not always easy for adults, either! In this most recent installment of the popular Dragon series from Clever, Tell the Truth, Dragon! introduces a situation in which Dragon blames someone else for her mistake. Dragon realizes her mistake and offers an apology—and then more than makes up for it! Gentle text prompts readers to encourage Dragon to tell the truth and apologize for her mistake, even though it’s tough.
Designed to be a read-aloud, parents will enjoy the playful text as much as children will enjoy following the prompts to interact with Dragon. The whimsical and colorful illustrations enable the Dragon to jump off the page and will delight readers with her personality on every page. Ages 3+ | 32 Pages
Tell the Truth, Dragon! Review
I must admit, my baby is no longer a baby, more like a monster baby – he’s fifteen – I still love looking at children’s books. We have such a collection I could start my own mini-library! I was immediately drawn to the vivid colors and cute illustrations when I saw the cover. Many young readers will surely sympathize with Dragon in having to fess up to something they know they should not have done. This book is interactive, asking readers to nod their heads if they like rainbow sprinkles or asking if Dragon should tell the truth. Kids and parents alike will enjoy the whimsical illustrations and easy to follow along story.

Amber Lee Kolb says
The kids have really gotten interested in books within the last year. Kyla is 11 and she loves to read them to Kamyle and Kaelyn who are 8 and 11. Kamyle is great at reading too!
Gina Ferrell says
I would love to win this because the 4-book set would be great to give as a gift to my Godchild and the gift card would be great to buy more books to read at night with my daughter.
