I love watching holiday videos and fell in love with Disney’s Prep & Landing when it originally aired in 2009. The second in the series, Naughty vs. Nice, was released in 2011. These shows are really funny and not just for kids! Disney has just released the Totally Tinsel Collection, which features both movies and lots of great bonuses—a great collection for the season.
Prep & Landing Synopsis:
On Christmas Eve, a high-tech team of elves from an elite unit known as ‘Prep & Landing’ ensures homes around the world are prepared for Santa’s visit. But when two hilarious little elves face unexpected challenges and are pushed to their limits, it’ll take a great big effort to save the season.
Prep & Landing: Naughty vs. Nice Synopsis:
The outrageous yuletide adventures of Christmas elves Lanny and Wayne continue in this totally tinsel adventure that reminds us there’s room for everyone on the ‘nice’ list. Santa’s stealthiest little elves must race to recover classified North Pole technology, which has fallen into the hands of a computer-hacking naughty kid, to stop Christmas from descending into chaos.
Bonus Features:
- Two animated shorts, “Operation Secret Santa” and “Tiny’s Big Adventure”
- North Pole Commercials
- Kringle Academy
- North Pole News
- Behind the Scenes with Grace Potter, and much more!

I’ve never viewed Prep and Landing, but I do love the Disney movies. With so much violence in the world today, it is nice to sit down and watch a movie that has been designed for all the family to see. Thanks for the information, I’ll have to see if I can find it in my area.

My kids and I absolutely loved Prep & Landing! They’ve had the holiday kick going after my coworker at DISH gave me some movies to watch with them and I’m so glad we checked this one out. After I got home from work last night we checked DISH’s Hopper for movies that recorded on PrimeTime Anytime from the four major networks and Prep & Landing happened to be on there. I’m so glad that they enjoyed this movie and I really am thinking about getting it on DVD for them to watch wherever they are!

How fun! I am downloading the kit for my grand kids, but I think even I will enjoy the movies. I like to watch Christmas specials…classics, children’s, modern…They are just so much fun. I like it that they have a set with both of the movies in it. It’s that time of year and this would make a great Christmas present or just something for the family to watch to get in the spirit.
