He’s not just a people person! Universal Pictures Home Entertainment reignites a classic character, as Robert Downey Jr. stars in DOLITTLE. After losing his wife seven years earlier, the eccentric Dr. John Dolittle (Downey), famed doctor and veterinarian of Queen Victoria’s England, hermits himself away behind the high walls of Dolittle Manor with only his menagerie of exotic animals for company. But when the young queen (Jessie Buckley) falls gravely ill, a reluctant Dolittle is forced to set sail on an epic adventure to a mythical island in search of a cure, regaining his wit and courage as he crosses old adversaries and discovers wondrous creatures.
The doctor is joined on his quest by a young, self-appointed apprentice (Harry Collett) and a raucous coterie of animal friends, including an anxious gorilla (Rami Malek), an enthusiastic but bird-brained duck (Octavia Spencer), a bickering duo of a cynical ostrich (Kumail Nanjiani) and an upbeat polar bear (John Cena) and a headstrong parrot (Emma Thompson), who serves as Dolittle’s most trusted advisor and confidante.

If I could have an exotic animal I would choose a sloth. I think they’re very cute and they seem to be relatively low maintainence.
Buddy Garrett says
I would love to have a leopard or maybe a cobra as an exotic pet.
Sarah L says
I’d like to talk to my cat and see what she has to say.
Thanks for the contest.
Sandy Klocinski says
I don’t recommend owning an exotic pet. I am 71 and I grew up in a time when it was easy to get exotic pets. Exotic animals by the very definition are not “pets” If I were to get one I would choose a Bengal cat. They look like a wild animal but have the disposition and habits of a normal house cat. I love to spend time observing exotic animals at the zoo or in the wild! But I wouldn’t want to bring them home with me!

If I could have any animal of my own it would be an elephant and her baby. I would also like to ask her what family means to her

If I could meet one exotic animal, it would be a finger monkey. They seem really cute to just wrap around your finger.

I wouldn’t want an exotic animal as a pet but I do love tigers, lions, and elephants. I haven’t seen the movie yet. I would want to talk to an elephant.

I am pretty sure that I would not want to have an exotic animal to take care of. These two crazy cats that we already have keep us jumping all the time it seems. They both like getting into trouble. 🙂
