When someone asks you to name your favorite comfort food, I bet mac and cheese is somewhere in your top five! While it is completely indulgent, sometimes you just got to have that creamy deliciousness.
Recently launched are two all-new Stouffer’s Mac & Cheese varieties that bring a new twist on Mac & Cheese:
Garlic Parmesan Mac & Cheese: Freshly made pasta in a creamy garlic parmesan cheese sauce, topped with garlic seasoned bread crumbs
White Cheddar Mac & Cheese: Freshly made pasta in a real white Cheddar cheese sauce
I picked up both at the store, because who can resist? The new Mac & Cheese varieties are made with quality ingredients like REAL cheddar or mozzarella cheese and pasta, freshly made from two simple ingredients – flour and water.
I hate cooking… just ask my kids. They usually ask where are we going for dinner instead of what are you making for dinner! So I like to keep easy to prepare foods on hand not only for them but for me when going out isn’t an option. Mac & Cheese is always one staple in this house.
One of my favorite comfort meals is mac and cheese, a peanut butter sandwich and a cold glass of milk. The White Cheddar Mac & Cheese is just as delicious as their classic Macaroni & Cheese with cheddar cheese. I just popped it into the microwave and made my sandwich while it cooked. To be perfectly honest, I think I like the white cheddar variety even better than the cheddar cheese!
If you are worried about portion control like I am, Stouffer’s does make a White Cheddar and Bacon Mac Cup. This portion I made does serve two so I did have to share with my son who happened to be homesick. Mac & Cheese is the perfect comfort food, sick or not!

I have bought Stouffer’s products for years. I love the white cheddar mac & cheese. I must admit though, the quality of some of their products has gone down in the last couple of years. I’m so sad about that.
I love Stouffers mac and cheese. It is so yummy and convenient. Makes a great easy meal.
