Mia Tui Purse Review: Sofia, Grace and Lottie

I am always on the lookout for a good quality purse. Mia Tui offers several styles and colors that a woman needs to gussy up her wardrobe. While they are not in the states yet, they soon hope to be!

I received several purses from Mia Tui, one called Grace in black and one called Sofia in a deep eggplant color called aubergine. Mia Tui bags are available in a variety of styles and colors, it was hard to choose. These bags were created by a mom of two who had a hard time finding the perfect bag to keep up with all the “stuff” moms carry! The bags are made of ultra-soft faux-leather, with a bright pink lining.

Both bags are well constructed and offer plenty of places to stash my belongings. But between the two purses, my favorite is the Grace purse, a messenger cross-body satchel. So, I gave Sofia to Jackie to review. I like the thick wide adjustable strap on the Grace. With the additional adjustable strap, I can wear it over my shoulder or on the side, see picture below. Or I am able to carry the purse on my side but only shorter, it falls right under my arm if I take off one of the straps. I also like that these purses come with a matching clutch bag. This is nice for makeup or the kid’s toys. With the attached strap on the clutch bag, you can toss just the important stuff and wear it on your wrist, saving you the need to carry your big purse.

What Jackie has to say about The Sofia. This purse is a hobo style handbag that comes with a shoulder strap. The Sofia is larger than the two bags. I like the Mia Tui purse for a multitude of reasons. Not only is it good quality, but it is also stylish with versatility. It is big enough to put your wallet & checkbook in, but also large enough to stash some much needed “mom” items. i.e. baby wipes, diapers, an extra bottle, snacks, drinks, extra clothes, or anything else that you would need on any given day. I like that it is not “oversized” to look like you’re carrying a piece of luggage and that the two buttons that button down the zipper flaps, changes the look of the purse. The inside of the purse is nice and brightly colored with compartments to put all of your items nicely organized. This bag is durable enough for everyday use, as well as elegant enough for dressier occasions.

The inside of both bags offer lots of space and places to hold all your mom stuff! The things I find in the bottom of my purse would surprise you. When was the last time you saw a water bottle holder inside a purse? Both purses offer one! Inside you will also find a phone pocket, pen holder, and a zipper pocket on the back of the purse. These purses are not only practical and functional but would make a great addition to any woman’s handbag collection!

Now the Lottie is a smaller bag that is considered a cross body style bag. I have been wanting a smaller bag to toss my essentials in when I go to sporting events or when I don’t want to carry a purse. The inside is just as organized as the other two purses with a phone and pen holder, and a zip front pocket. I really like this sand color as well, it goes with anything!
