Are you a kid of the 80s? How many of these famous quotes can you remember? The answers to what these titles are from are listed at the bottom of this post. As if...
- “Where’s The Beef”
- “Nobody puts baby in a corner.”
- “Life moves pretty fast. If you don’t stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.”
- “Say hello to my little friend.”
- “Whatchu talkin’ ’bout, Willis?”
- “Hello! My name is Inigo Montoya. You killed my father. Prepare to die.”
It all started back in 1999, when Kevin had a dream of selling retro 80s tees. In 2000, he launched 80sTees.com. You can find ’80s movies, TV shows, and cartoon t-shirts of all kinds. Looking for Rocky, Field of Dreams, Caddyshack, or Six Million Dollar Man? They have it! They also have non-80s apparel as well, like Big Bang Theory and The Hangover.
I received a Darth Vader Apron to try. The aprons are available in nine different styles: Homer Simpson, Wonder Woman, Superman, Batman, Captain America, Green Lantern, Spiderman, and Princess Leia. I put it on and waited until the kids saw me. My five-year-old said, “Ha, look at Darth Mommy!” This is a longer apron, at least on me; it came down to my knees (I am 5’6”). I like that it is black too, it makes food less noticeable!

Answers to the trivia above: 1. Wendy’s 2. Dirty Dancing 3. Ferris Bueller’s Day Off 4. Scarface 5. Different Strokes 6. Princess Bride

What a cool apron! I’m not a fan of Star Wars (I’m of the trekkie variety) but I checked out the 80sTees website and lovelovelove the Princess Bride Prepare To Die t-shirt!
I love the Princess Bride! I spent my teen years in the 80s!
Oh the 80’s! My daughter was born and growing up. She has wonderful memories as we all do. Ferris Bueller, Care Bears, Gremlins, Goonies, Short Circuit…All our still family favorites. I like that they are bringing products and the movies back. Princess Bride is a timeless classic for all.
