Move over Sherlock Holmes — the noisiest, furriest private eye to ever solve a case is hard at work in TROOPER AND THE LEGEND OF THE GOLDEN KEY.
Trooper the Bloodhound is a natural-born sleuth who lives in a town that has a mysterious legend…a legend of a Golden Key that could be worth one million dollars. But when Trooper and his owner, 10-year-old Tommy, try to find the key, they run into unexpected danger. Will these best friends be able to unlock the legend before it is too late? One thing’s for sure…with Trooper the Bloodhound on the case, things are bound to get interesting!
Our Thoughts:
My son really enjoyed this show and has watched it several times. Here is what my nine-year-old had to say:
It is about a family whose son Tommy, doesn’t want to move to WillowGlenn. The sheriff of the town has a dog, Trooper, for adoption and they adopted it. His dad tells him about the old Conway house in town and sure enough, they go to explore, which they shouldn’t have done. Which leads to a mystery! My favorite part is when Trooper asks Dash, a small 6-pound dog, how he pulled a 20-pound log into the road. Dash says, “Well it was my hidden doggie powers”.
