The Mpow iSnap X is a One-piece U-Shape Self-portrait Monopod Extendable Selfie Stick with built-in Bluetooth Remote Shutter. I never thought I would own a Selfie Stick but this thing is amazing! As a mom of three I am constantly taking pictures of everything my kids do. I even try hard to make sure I take pictures of my kids with my husband with them, but I am never in any of the pictures. Not any more; the Mpow iSnap X makes it so I can now be in pictures too!!
I was easily able to connect the Mpow iSnap to the Bluetooth of my Android phone and was set up to take pictures in less than two minutes. My Android phone fits snugly in the cushioned clamp and the arm extends out about 2 and a half feet. Which is great because we have a large group and I have short arms. Once connected to the Bluetooth, and my Android phone is in place, all I have to do click the button on the handle and I have a great picture. There is virtually no delay when snapping a picture. Again, really handy with kids!
The handle feels sturdy with a rubbery coating that feels secure and has a nice wrist strap to hopefully prevent me from dropping the Mpow iSnap X when it is holding my phone.
When I am not using my Mpow iSnap X it collapses down to less than a foot long and folds together, so small it can fit in my purse (or my husband’s pocket). The size of the Mpow iSnap X allows me to take it anywhere and capture moments with my kids that I was previously cut out of.
Using a Selfie Stick in public took some time getting used to, I felt a little silly at first. But the family and group pictures we are getting are so much fun. With the price being under $20 this is a new must-have for moms that love taking pictures of their kids and want to be in them!
