It is 1910 in Paris France, and when an experiment goes wrong with a wacky inventor an unusual creature is “born”.
What once was a flea has now been giant-sized and has a lot of surprises in store. Of course, who wouldn’t be afraid of something that is scary looking and well a giant flea? Lucille sees the good inside this creature that no one else does and then shares it with her friends, the real side of this ‘Monster”. The “mayor” so to speak sees the monsters as nothing more than what is on the outside and wants him to be killed. Not too long into the movie do we find out who really is the “Monster in Paris”
