My Bailey was rescued from a shelter as a puppy the day before he was scheduled to be put down. He’s the most amazing dog and is now 7 yrs old.

We have adopted three dogs from the same rescue group in San Antonio, Texas. It is called CARE and they do wonderful work, saving dogs from Death Row. I would encourage anyone who is looking for a new dog to check out their Facebook page: Facebook.com/caretx and see all the great dogs waiting for homes. Tomorrow I’m going to the airport to meet the newest member of our family, flying in from Texas, a 10 week old puppy we are naming Leo. Thanks to CARE TX and the great people there, Leo was saved from a high-kill shelter and will spend his life with us. We love him already.

When I was young my mother let us have a mini toy poodle. She was white and the sweetest thing ever. We had her for 15 years and I still miss her. Now I do have a cute cat.

Comment from June S: My husband and I have two cats named Ozzy & Buddy, but my third oldest son has a border collie named Mia that loves to play throw and fetch all day long. She will wear you out playing that game. 🐶☺️
