Holiday Stuffed Mushrooms

Servings: 6 to 8

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb. bacon crisply cooked and crumbled
  • 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese softened
  • 1 tbsp. dried, minced onion
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 lb. mushrooms, stems removed

Method
 

  1. With an electric mixer set to medium-high speed, thoroughly combine cream cheese, onion and Worcestershire sauce.
  2. Stir in bacon; fill mushroom caps with mixture.
  3. Arrange on an ungreased baking sheet.
  4. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes, or until tops of mushrooms are golden.
