Instructions
In a small saucepan, heat almond milk over medium heat until steaming, but not boiling.
In a mug, add blue matcha powder and honey (if using).
Pour the hot almond milk over the matcha and honey mixture.
Using a whisk or frother, whisk the matcha mixture until it becomes frothy and the matcha powder is fully dissolved.
Add vanilla extract, if desired, and stir.
Top with whipped cream and fresh blueberries, if desired.
