Gear Tie Reusable Rubber Twist Ties
Most plastic twist ties can be used only one time and work on the ‘needle and thread’ principle; once they have been secured you have to use a knife to cut them open.
But Gear Tie wants to change that and make it easier for you to tie-up loose cords and stuff, and a whole lot easier to do the untying and allow you to reuse the tie.
Gear Ties are made from strong, durable rubber than can be bent in amazing ways and tied just like string. I tried several of the three-inch variety and found them to be very flexible and easy to work with. Untying was just as easy as tying.
Gear Ties comes in 3-6-18-24 and 32” inch sizes and a variety of colors. They are strong enough to tie and hold heavy, thick extension cords or small enough to tie and hold the cord on a pair of earbud headphones.
What makes Gear Tie unique is that they can be used over and over again, which saves you money and is environmentally favorable in that you are not tossing a lot of plastic in landfills.
I can think of hundreds of uses for these nifty little plastic tie wraps and encourage you to keep a pack or two on hand in your toolbox or kitchen drawer.
