Mission Athletecare: Stay Cool On The Field with Cooling Products

I stumbled onto Mission over the summer when my kids, who all played baseball, would complain that they were always hot. I would see other parents bring washrags packed in ice water baggies for their kids to put around their neck, but I would always forget to pack one! Mission was kind enough to send me 3 of their cooling products!

Cooling Mesh Hoodie – These cooling hoodies (and towels) really come in handy not only during the dog days of the summer heat but when kids are really working up a sweat pushing themselves on the field.

This is the first-ever cooling hoodie containing a new proprietary performance fabric that instantly cools when soaked with water, wrung out, and then snapped in the air to activate the cooling properties. The patented technology, Powered by Coolcore, works by absorbing moisture and perspiration into the fabric core where the unique radiator-like fiber construction circulates water molecules and regulates the rate of evaporation to create a prolonged cooling effect.

EnduraCool Instant Cooling Towel – This towel has the same Coolcore material that cools and wicks moisture away. Both the towel and hoodie offer UPF 50 protection from the sun and a patented technology that cools to 30 degrees below average body temperature when wet. I like that these are all machine washable…especially after stinky games!

Mission Cooling Towel

Cooling Helmet Liner – This is the first ever cooling skull cap. It is made from the same cooling material as the cooling towels with instantly cooling effects and regulated evaporation to help cool you down. This liner offers UPF 45 protection from the sun.

Overall, the kids loved these. We take them to all the games now whether it’s baseball, football or basketball. They really do work and now the kids don’t complain (at least as much) about being so hot!

I would love it for myself. I always feel hot and sweaty. This would also be good for my daughter-in-law. She participates in a lot of marathons.

I would love these products for myself and my son! My son is always complaining of being hot after soccer practices and games, and I am just always naturally hot and sweat incessantly! I saw the cooling towel (or something like it) on an infomercial on TV one day and thought it would be awesome to have one!

This is something I am definitely interested and will tell others in my support group about. I and others in the group have a neurological condition where we have issues with temperature regulation. I actually have a cooling vest for travelling with. The cooling cap, towel, and hoodie would definitely come in handy when I am exercising…or even in my instance for every day use when I am feeling a little warm, but not overly hot. Thanks for featuring this!
