JBL CLIP 3 Portable Bluetooth Speaker: Small But Mighty

This speaker may be small as it fits in the palm of my hand; it also packs a whole lotta sound! This JBL Clip 3 Bluetooth speaker is not only portable but rugged and waterproof! We recently received the newest speaker from JBL to try out.

This speaker offers 10 hours of playtime, powered by a 1000mAh rechargeable Li-ion battery. The built-in noise and echo-canceling speakerphone give you a clear call with just the press of a button (the middle front button to be exact).

The sound quality is great for such a small speaker. It is very loud and clear even when the volume is turned up on my phone.

Pairing the Bluetooth was pretty easy too. Just click the Bluetooth button on the front of the speaker. While in the Bluetooth setting on your phone watch for it to show up. Select JBL Clip 3 to pair, and it will make a little noise to let you know that it’s connected. It also makes noise when powering on or off.

The feature that I like is that it is waterproof. My son can take it around outside with him or to the pool without worries of it getting destroyed with a bit of water! Plus it is rugged; it can take a bit of knocking around!

Available in 12 different standard colors like ocean, white and gray along with fun colors like mustard, dusty pink and teal. My son wanted either the camo or forest green, and you can see we were sent the forest green, a color I really like!

The built-in sturdy carabiner can clip to your clothes, or backpack to listen handsfree. Take it to the ballpark and clip to the fence and crank up Centerfield for a little motivation for the kiddos during practice! My son likes to have it with him while practicing basketball outside to “keep him pumped up,” he says.
