Do you have the toughest time keeping everything organized? You’ve got personal and professional email, social media messages, projects to manage, tasks and to-dos to remember and calendars to maintain! It can all just be too much!

Enter: Goboxi

Goboxi is productivity management software designed for the future. It solves the problem of multiple inboxes by bringing in communication from email, calendars, Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn into one single project view. Goboxi tackles the problem of email organization by using hashtags to organize specific topics and content. This keeps everything organized across many different channels. In addition, Goboxi learns what emails are most important to the user and keeps them at the top.

Goboxi Tasks

Goboxi’s one-of-a-kind plug-in, GoTray creates and tracks tasks by project and individual responsible. Instead of being a slave to your task management software and manually doing all the work (task creation, tracking, assigning, etc.), the GoTray feature automatically creates tasks for the appropriate project, whether organized by hashtags, manually or through automated machine learning. This keeps you focused on completing tasks, and not wasting time managing them. The Goboxi Productivity Expert feature understands and analyzes how each user manages their time and recommends improvements to spend time working more efficiently. Think of it as a personal trainer for managing your time (but way less pushy!). timeline-view-goboxi

Goboxi displays all this information via a Timeline feature that provides one unified view for email, tasks, calendars and social media activity (Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn).

By sorting you items out as soon as them come in whether it be emails, paperwork etc. Take the 2 minutes to organize it because when its a pile versus two things a day it is much better to deal with.

My thoughts on time management is to plan your day. I used to be a teacher and the key to success was to plan for every minute of the day, then weekly plans, and yearly plans. You can keep track of your progress each step of the way.

My main thought about time management is simple.. Pick up things when you’re done with them, wash dishes when you’re done with them, turn things off when you’re done with them.. Doing those little things give you a lot more time to do other things, as opposed to massive clean up!

My tip is to break things down into manageable pieces and pace yourself.
