Why settle for a plain old run of the mill USB when you could have one that says anything you want from FormURLife? Each USB is cut using a 3D Printing process that cuts your drive to say anything you want.

I thought this was a great idea, especially since I will have a high schooler next year. I also thought that his name would be a good idea so if he lost it, maybe he would have a chance of being returned. But no, he went with HALO 4 for the wording, “Mom, how many kids do you think will have a HALO 4 USB?” Touché!

FormURLife offers two different styles of USB’s: The Touch and The Shift. The Shift has a box around the wording, like the one we received and you can get up to 8 characters. And The Touch is just the wording and you can get up to 10 letters. You can also choose from 9 different colors and 3 different gig capacities (8, 16, 32). According to FormURLife, the USB’s are printed from a high-performance composite material that produces vibrant colors with a slight texture similar to smooth stone.

What I like is that once you customize your USB, you can see an actual preview of what it will look like before you purchase. Each USB comes in a plastic tube that acts as the container. My son wanted a cap instead and found one around the house. Although, keeping it in the tube would keep it safer. These would be a great idea not only for school but businesses as well. Show off something you are passionate about!

This sounds great. My high School daughter would probably go with Gears of War instead of Halo 4 . I will have to check this out. Thanks.

These are really great — they leave no question as to what is what! I need for both of my boys for school, for me, for work, . . . .

Oh my gosh – that is the coolest thing ever. I know it’s nerdy, but hubby and I have so many sticks and since a lot of them have the same colors we’re constantly mixing them up. This would definitely set them apart!

Woohoo! A gift idea for my son that I know he will like and use! And thank you to your son too as I think the game idea for the wording is wonderful! At least I have one item that I can add to my son’s list for the holidays!

I like the way your son’s USB is laid out rather that the other ones. Although it would be pricey I think this would be a great advertising tool.
