I was recently asked to take part in filming for a new product from Crest called Sensi-Stop Strips. I have had tooth sensitivity on my front teeth for as long as I can remember. My dentist recommends that I use toothpaste that is supposed to help with my sensitivity but to be honest I could never tell a difference. During this commercial filming, I had to talk about my teeth sensitivity then I was given one of the new Crest Sensi-Stop Strips. I was skeptical that this little strip would not only be able to stop my pain when I ate ice cream or tried to drink without a straw BUT that it was also supposed to last up to a month!
I applied the small strip, half on my gum line and a half on my two front teeth and let it sit to work it’s magic for 15 minutes.
My first impressions were that the gel on the strip did not have a taste and the strip stayed in place so I was able to talk without fear of it falling off. After 15 minutes, I removed the strip and the excess gel that was left on my teeth. I was then asked to bite into an ice cream cone. This was going to be the moment of truth, as biting directly into ice cream would not be something I would ever do. I couldn’t believe it…I did not have ANY sensitivity on the spot where the strip was placed! This was awesome, being able to actually bite into ice cream without fear of sharp shooting pains.
I was very impressed with these strips and can’t wait for them to be released. As far as the commercial, I hope that I am chosen to be in it and should find out within the month! Even if I am not selected, it was a great experience and I got to meet several other fun local bloggers!

Tried them today. Not impressed. They barely took the pain away for minute. After a few minutes the nerves were throbbing again. Total waste in my opinion. A football mouthpiece with sensitive toothpaste works as well and is much cheaper.

Great product for tooth sensitivity. Now there is no need to think about sensitivity.
