Well, you had me at many words in the title – “Cracker Barrel” “Fudge” “Coca-Cola” “Cake” – all sound good and delicious. This looks like a decadent, amazing dessert to finish off the day – or to start the day with. 🙂 I also enjoyed the White Ritz Crackers…easy and a good snack.

oh my goodness I didn’t realize that you had this! what a wonderful place to get tried and true recipes! I have heard of a coca-cola cake but have never tasted one or tried to make one. I am a cola”holic” so this is right up my alley. Printing right away! Thank you for sharing the other recipes as well.

I would have no problem eating this cake. Whether or not I could make it is the question.

I’ve never tried a recipe with coke in it. The rest of the recipe seems pretty standard – what does the coke do that makes the cake different?
