One tip I have is to rest/sleep when your baby does. Also have some alone time when you are breastfeeding. Relaxing, quiet, time in a quiet room that you’ll feel comfortable in. Warm compresses help when you are gorged with milk. That’s when you can pump some milk into a bottle so someone can take over a feeding and help with the baby. You’ll find more of your own when you and the baby have more time to bond and get to know each other.
