To me, spring means being able to open up the windows in the house and let some fresh air in. Also, as shallow as it seems, it means finally being able to wear my flip flops again.

Spring is kids playing outside in the mud. It’s prepping and planting a garden. It’s going for walks and getting fresh air!

I love spring because it’s when all the snow thaws and the weather gets warm. It’s so nice to be able to wear just a light jacket or sweater.

LOL I’m a crab, oh yes… Spring? It mean MUD. Mud mud. Oh I do not like everything about spring at all. winter is nice, all pristine and clean. Then mud. OH my. the kids the dog the car. we live in the country, not in the land of concrete and sod. It’s awful. Just awful.
LOL the flowers coming is nice, the warmth, but if you have a bad frost boil in your driveway- it means a LONG scary walk to your car which you can’t get in at 4 am when you have to go to work. With your muck boots on… LOL
I am glad for the dry time to arrive

I am adding something because it was two sentences when I was writing and after it was submitted it was just one.
I also love the fact that I get off a week for spring break and I can clean my house really good. I do not seem to have time to clean like I want when I am working.

I like spring because the air smells so fresh and clean! It’s nice to get the kids out of the house from being cooped up a lot of the winter, and I love watching the flowers come back.

We love that spring is finally now here. We live where the weather is always nice so it is time to plant flowers and we have a Monarch butterfly garden and plant milkweed the neighbor kids love watch them so its fun for everyone.

Spring is rejuvenating and refreshing for me. From everything, my health, my home….needs refreshing. We all need a little “Spring” in our lives!

To me, spring is all about nature. I watch for the migrating birds to return–turkey vultures are among the first to come back–and for the local birds to lose their winter plumage. I’ll watch for the woodcock’s mating flights over the fields once the snow melts. The chives will begin to push up through the ground, and violets and tiny pink flowers will bloom in the lawn. I’ll be really happy if the milkweed comes up again, because it will mean that I might get some Monarch butterflies to lay eggs here.

Spring means that flowers are starting to bloom. Spring also says it is time to do Spring cleaning and bring out all of my outdoor statues and flowers to start planting.
